Home Grown collects both Personal Information and Other Information regarding users of the Services, either directly or through the activities of third-party suppliers and service providers ("Suppliers") and/or franchisees. For purposes of this Policy, "Personal Information" is information that Home Grown can directly associate with a specific person or entity without additional information. "Other Information" is any information that is not Personal Information. We may combine Other Information with Personal Information, and in those circumstances we will treat the combined information as Personal Information.   • Financial and business information related to a catering applicant/customer

GOOGLE DEMOGRAPHICS AND INTERESTS REPORTING

We, along with third-party vendors such as Google use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) or other third-party identifiers together to compile data regarding user interactions with ad impressions and other ad service functions as they relate to our website.

USE OF THE SERVICES

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 13 YEARS OF AGE TO ACCESS AND USE THE SERVICES. Some Services may require that you must be 18 or older to use the Service. The Services are not targeted toward, nor are they intended to be used by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

REFUND POLICY FOR MERCHANDISE 

Refunds for merchandise are available within 10 days of placing your order. Purchase price, less shipping will be provided to the credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Merchandise must be unused.

SHIPPING? DELIVERY POLICY  

Your items will ship out within three days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
